manufacturer websites where equipment specification
sheets and technical information can be easily accessed;
FREE on-line foodservice facility operating tutorials,
manuals and forms; and, FREE on-line direct-mail
marketing campaign designs. We endeavored to make the
FPG
website as user-friendly and
clutter-free as possible and invite consumers' comments and
suggestions as to how we might make improvements.
In its continuing efforts to offer
FPG customers
the lowest prices on all their purchases,
FPG is committed to
maintaining the lowest possible overhead without
compromising its quality service standards. Accordingly,
FPG has no
commissioned sales people; FPG
does not promote or advertise
“specials”, “truckload sales”, “special purchase” or
similar marketing “gimmicks” – or worthless “pricing
guarantees” – FPG just offers
the best possible everyday prices in the
industry to its
FPG customers;
FPG does not
mark-up freight costs on FPG
customer shipments;
FPG does not
charge for “lift gate” or “call before” delivery
services in Florida; FPG
accepts prepaid orders only,
and prefers payment by VISA or MasterCard, bank
checks/money orders or wire transfers – payment by
FPG customer
company check is accepted but delays shipment from 5-14
days.
Generally, all in-stock equipment items are available
for immediate shipment and delivery within 3 to 7
business days. Special orders and out-of-stock equipment
may take 3 to 4 weeks for shipment and delivery.
However, FPG always does
everything possible to ship
FPG customer
orders to meet required delivery dates.
